Cancellation / Amendment Policy
Please carefully read my cancellation and amendment policy for each of the services offered.
Note: an admin fee of £2 is administered to cover the fees set through the payment platform used when a refund is granted.
Yoga Therapy
Refund given with a minimum of 1 weeks notice.
To amend the time and or date a minimum of 48 hours notice is always required.
Switching to a Zoom session at short notice can be offered to all in-person bookings.
Monthly classes
Non refundable.
Transfer to another class may be possible if space is available and where a minimum of 7 days notice is given.
The Art of Navigating Trauma
Refundable up to one calendar month before course starting.
Transfer to another course may be possible if space is available and where a minimum of 21 days notice prior to course starting is given.
Teacher Mentoring
A minimum of 1 weeks cancellation notice for full refund.
To amend the time and or date a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
4 and 6 Week Courses
Non Refundable.
Transfer to another class/service may be possible where space is available.
Single Class / Drop In
Non refundable.
Transferable with minimum 72 hours notice.
Day Retreats
A minimum of 4 weeks cancellation notice for refund.
